Anxiety Eliminator

Though it has been some time since I posted to this thread I just had to stop by and tell you about a great product that I’ve been using now for a couple of years. More than two years have gone by and I still use this product which says a lot really.
It is called the Anxiety Eliminator. It is an MP3 file that you listen to for about 30 to 40 minutes. While you listen to it your anxieties, worries, stress causing thoughts, all just calm down and life seems normal again. You don’t have to do anything but listen to the sound for about 30 minutes — where there are no immediate distractions such as irregular noises or people wanting your attention — and it just calms you down automatically while you listen.

I designed and tested this product on more than 60 people and the results were overwhelmingly positive. Even a year after the research project I meet some of the people who were in that group and they tell me that they are still using it when they need to relax more.
A friend of ours who lost her husband a couple years ago told me that in the months after he passed away she was under extreme stress while there were a lot of workers doing storm damage repairs on her home. Imagine having 15 people in your home just a month after losing your mate of almost 50 years and you’ll have some idea of the stress our dear friend was under. When she used the Anxiety Eliminator she told me “It’s amazing” I just listen to the sounds and 30 minutes later I feel ok about dealing with all these workmen.
She laughed while she was telling me the story in the way that someone can only laugh when they are relating a story where they got the best of someone or something. It was the laugh of someone who was both surprised, amazed, and pleased that anxiety, stress, and worry could be conquered easily. It was the laugh of someone no longer victimized by this plague we call anxiety.

How do you manage to afford to live in Fiji

Fiji is expensive but cheap at the same time. We own a home in Fiji on 7 acres that borders the ocean, a beach that almost never has anyone on it, with a view to die for. Similar property in Hawaii would cost 8 figures or close to it. Instead we paid in 6 figures for it.
There are no property taxes!!!
Automobiles are expensive. Duty and tax makes them cost 35 to 100 percent more than they would cost in a developed nation.
In the end it costs less to live in Fiji than Hawaii — at least for a similar lifestyle.
However the secret to living anywhere is income. Where does our income come from? Well that’s mostly personal but we’ve concentrated on acquiring income producing assets. We had no income producing assets when we moved here but we began investing (Forex trading also) as soon as we got here and managed to produce income sufficient to live quite nicely.
One of the secrets was the discovery that while living in the North American rat race we never had time to propery research investments and spend the time to learn how to make money from investments. In Fiji the peace and quiet of living in a wonderful rural location and the inspiration of being surrounded by such beauty was worth its weight in gold.
