Success with Positive daily affirmations
By ContentAuthor | July 3, 2010
Affirmations are a great way for you to achieve attain success, improve your health, meet new people or improve your performance on the job.
While you can find a lot of examples of affirmations and even many sites that provide free daily positive affirmations, the most powerful affirmations come from you.
Positive affirmations are should be recited daily. The goal being that the subconscious mind picks up on these new positive affirmations and after a while you and your subconscious mind begin to believe them.
Once you believe these new positive affirmations your subconscious mind then begins to create them in reality – they are manifested.
You can say positive affirmations from a web site or listen to some affirmations that are recorded . You can even get positive affirmations to recite daily from a book. These are all effective .
But the most effective positive affirmations that you can recite daily come from you, when you come up with your own. Your mind trained to expressing things a certain way. You think in a particular way. Your subconscious mind is comfortable with the way you think. So when you design a positive affirmation and then say it daily, your mind and subconscious mind accepts these more easily.
To create positive affirmations that you can recite daily begin by focusing on what you want, not what you don’t want. For example: saying – I don’t want to lose my job – is useless because you’re focusing on what you don’t want – which attracts negative attraction energy. Instead, focus on what you want, which is to keep your job. So positive daily affirmation would be: I’m keeping my job. This positive affirmation focuses on what you want.
Keep your positive daily affirmations short and simple. say them to yourself as often as you can. There is no magic number of times to say them . Each person is different and the more you say them the sooner you’ll see changes .
The shorter they are the easier they are to reccall – and you want to remember to say them as often as you can .
Long winded affirmations from old books are too wordy and hard to remember .
Keep the positive affirmations in your own voice.
Make sure the positive affirmations that you say daily are in the present tense. Your subconscious mind only knows the present tense. Saying “I will… or I’m going to…” is ineffective . Keep them in the present active tense.
Give your affirmations a pace and rhythm. Have some fun with them.
Don’t hope for miracles when saying positive daily affirmations. This is just one technique. You need to work with other self-improvement techniques in orderto create changes quickly.
Say some as you go to sleep and when you wake upt , this is when your subconscious mind is more open to the information and the mind will fight back less .
At first your mind won’t accept your new positive affirmations. But as you say them daily, it will accept them .
Feel free to change your affirmations until you feel they are focused on what you want and easy to remember.
Keep your positive affirmations fresh, so change them after several months and track your progress. If you’re not getting the success you want change the affirmations and work with other techniques.
Have fun with creating and saying your positive daily affirmations.
